Recently, I was contacted by a Relator who stated she had a client that had been transfered to another city. She continued to comment that she felt they could greatly benefit from staging and that she felt the client did not have a chance in this market without it. I wondered to myself...what exactly does she mean. How bad could this house really be? From what she discribed this was an average size home in an average neighborhood, with an average size lot. What I found when I arrived for the initial consultation with the client was beyond description in written form so I have laced this post with photos. For a picture is worth a thousand words!

I do believe in the power of staging and now the Realtor does as well. She now pays for my consultation for all her clients. This house sold after three weeks on the market for full asking price!
