There are a lot of silly holidays out there that we American’s celebrate. Did you know that February 11th is National Don't Cry Over Spilt Milk Day, or that April 20th is Lima Bean Respect Day? No worries either did I! But as silly as those might be, today’s food holiday at least is one worth celebrating!! So in case you needed an actual excuse to eat cheeseburgers…so head to your favorite restaurant or better yet fire up your grill, do it for lunch or dinner…or BOTH!! Add cheese…any kind of cheese, be adventuresome today...choose one you never tried yet on a burger! For the carb conscious folks, eat your burger without the bun…for the vegetarian, use a portabella mushroom as your burger…and for a healthier version, try a turkey or chicken burger! Add your favorite toppings…AND SPLURGE!!!
