Real Estate Market Update for Bristow, VA 20136 August 2012

August was another good month for real estate sales in Bristow. The average sold price is up 9.58% year over year and the average day on the market is less than 30 based on the graph's.

The inventory in the Bristow area is down slightly again this month. As of September 18, 2012 there are 52 homes for sale in the Bristow area. This is down from the prior month by 8 homes and 28.7% year over year. Of the 52 homes for sale there are 26 re-sale single family homes, 12 townhouses and 14 new construction. There was no change in the number of short sales or foreclosures.
