The Presidio Area of Flagstaff is a perfect location for Flagstaff residents and our diverse community of Flagstaff second home owners. Located on the West Side of Route 66, Presidio is close to our restaurants, Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff Medical Center and our freeways.

While Presidio has been dormant for the past few years, in 2012 new home builders are reviving Presidio. The Cottages at Cedar Ridge are currently under construction and are selling very well. Priced in the low 200s, these detached, single family, 3 bedroom homes with a 1 car garage are welcomed by Flagstaff home buyers whose budget is under 250k.

Developers such as Miramonte Homes and Capstone Homes have plans for developing single family home and townhome communities in Presidio. This is great news for Flagstaff Home Buyers and for the Flagstaff local economy.
