Under the direction of Maestro Andrew Constantine, the Fort Wayne Philharmonic will kick off it's 69th season this Saturday night September 22, 2012 at 6 pm in the Historic and beautiful Embassy Theatre.

Pianist Fabio Bidini will join the orchestra for Rachmaninoff's piano concerto No. 3 after the orchestra opens the concert with contemporary composer Jonathan Leshnoff's Starburst. The concert will finish with Dvorak's Symphony No. 8 in G Major.

The concert is being followed by an Opening Night Celebration at the Botanical Conservatory. Tickets for the reception are $20 and are available by calling the Philharmonic Box office at (260)481-0777
