This has been an exciting month for me with activerain.. I have met many very intelligent, internet saavy, and helpful people. This real estate business seems to make people HIDE their best kept secrets, which I completely understand but yet wish there were more open people giving their secrets. I have tried and tried to pick peoples brains (on the outside) for their information, sharing any info I feel to be worthy. Not much luck receiving any info though.. Active Rain for whatever reason, has managed to open up the gateway to Realtor's secrets and I am first to admit, I am taking in every last bit of info I learn! :-)

 I just thought that I would encourage all of the newbies, like me, to continue doing what you are doing on active rain.  Just today, I received my FIRST email from a human in Brighton wanting to sell their home. I set the appointment and away I go.. I am thankful for all the people sharing their secrets and promise to do the same.. Thanks everyone!
