November numbers are available for our whole MLS area and it looks like a good time to buy!

  There are more homes to look at than year 15,787 available for sale this November only 13,263 available last year. That gives you 19.03% more homes to choose from!   

  Competition to purchase these homes is down from last year. November of 2006 we had 1529 closed sales. Closed sales in November of 2005 were 1764 so we had 13.32% fewer closed sales!

  Time on the market for closed went up to an average days on market of 75 days against last years 66 so sellers are having to waiting a little longer to sell their home.

  The only advice that I can offer to sellers is with the current trend make sure your home is priced right! Following the numbers 32% more listed homes will be unsold at the end of their listing period than in the past. Remember the 3 key things in real estate-- PRICE, PRICE, PRICE.
