Indian Summer Golf & Country Club Real Estate Market Update August 2012

The Indian Summer Golf & Country Club (in Olympia, WA) real estate market update for August 2012 achieved just one home sale of a townhome that sold for $246,000.  This sale lowered the year-to-date average sales price to $355,375, however Indian Summer is still on track to achieve it’s normal 20-24 sales per year.

Currently, there are 14 homes listed for sale and one home for rent.  Last month, there were 17 homes for sale.  The good news is no new homes were added to the market.  And this month, Indian Summer has three homes pending (under contract).
