Many of the calls I get are from people moving to Los Angeles, from out-of-state or overseas.  These people need help above and beyond the usual real estate agent services provided.

You are most certainly going to want to rent before you commit to buying a home in Los Angeles, and you are going to be somewhat 
overwhelmed by the choices you may or may not have.

We can discuss your options which will depend on your needs.  Where are you going to be working?  Do you need a specific school or school district?  Do you want a specific lifestyle – near restaurants, shops, outdoor-living, etc?  I can help you narrow down your search to a specific area or areas.

You may have a budget limitation.  Depending on that we can go over the type of property and area you should concentrate on.

Maybe you have come into town, looked around, not found what you are looking for, and need to return home.  I can help.  I will have an idea of what you like and can possibly help you make a decision from afar.  I can preview a home in which you may be interested, report back and maybe you can have a local friend or relative accompany me back to see it.  Not the ideal situation, but sometimes necessary.

This can also be the case when you are buying a home in Los Angeles from afar, and through the escrow process you would not need to be present.  I can take care of all the incidentals.
