Well it is actually only 2 more days and it is officially fall of 2012.
We are at our last days of summer 2012. It was a good summer it was a busy summer here in the Katy Area we have turned into a Seller’s market and people are beginning to panic to buy yeah! So now coming into the fall we have 4.5 months of standing inventory for us to be a Seller’s market it needs to be at 6 months!

While the tree canopy is spectacular, the flowers in the second photo are magnificent. I'm not looking forward to winter. I tend to love late spring and summer best. But it has been a busy summer, and somehow I think this autumn will give me an opportunity to rest and catch my breath.
We're enjoying such beautiful weather in Albuquerque I can't believe Fall is upon us. Soon the warmth will give way to cool and color. Ahhh .... Fall is indeed just around the bend.

Low inventory levels is a good thing for all sellers and buyers are starting to see the pinch. No more really good deals even from the builders in Katy Texas. Good pictures..
