A 490,000-square-foot mixed use is proposed by the Insight Group for the former shopping center, parking areas, self-storage and theatre lots between 600 H and 700 H, including 616 H and 624 as previously reported here.
Developers have incorporated 450 residential units (no details on whether they will be rental or condo units), 74,000 SF of retail space, 442 underground parking spaces, 155+ space bicycle parking, five green rooftops, and a tiered roof deck with pool in the planned unit development.
