Craig-Another clever and funny post. Love it.
Great job on this post Craig, so many good things in the details. Says a lot about what to expect from you as an agent!
Good morning Craig,
Are those rubber gloves really needed..I'm just saying:). Very clever ad..ever been approached from an a agency?
Craig you have me laughing out loud with this one!!!! Too fun....... :)
Don't yo just hate it when you are at a social event and someone waltzes over and starts to ask about selling a house, but don't want to make the appointment to meet one on one? It's not like there's a big co-pay or anything like that, although those gloves can be intimidating to some people.
He he hee...I could say something here, along the lines of someone elses comment above, but I am too good of a little girl LOL!
Craig, If I'm that FSBO, those gloves are making me REAAAAAALY nervous. Just what are you examining??
LMAO! Now THIS is funny:))
I love the chick in the background...she's totally in that "I friggin told you so" kind of stance!
Brenda - I'd debate you if I felt you said something I disagreed with!!!
Paula - Covering both ends of the emotional spectrum!
Roger - I will leave that one alone!
Sharon - Thank you!
Craig, ok, you sold me...I want you to sell my house...the only problem is it's in Illinois...Hey, if I'm selling my own house...am I considered a FSBO?
Tom - Mission accomplished! Thank you sir.
Dorie - I've not been approached by an ad agency. But I would love to be. I'm one of those few people who actually love commercials. You get 30 seconds to tell an entire story and some of them accomplish that brilliantly.
John - Getting the message out in a humorous manner. That's my goal! Glad it worked for you my friend.
Ed - I have some answers for those "waltzers"!!! And it must be working because a lot of times they end up listing with me!
Kristin - And I thank you for being a good girl here! This is after all a family blog!
BLiz - Their brains! I'm looking for brains! If selling a home was so easy no one would ever hire us.
Jason - Mission accomplished!
Kerrie - I've been on the receiving end of "that look" all too often!
Nick - I can refer you to someone in IL!!! And, unless you remove the emotion from it, then YES, you are a FSBO!
Why don't they ever listen?? Too funny Craig! Love the comments about the gloves...you are making some people nervous!
Sharon - Who ever knew that so many folks in the Real Estate industry had such a fear of rubber gloves?!!!!
Craig
A very creative gold star post.
Good luck and success.
Lou Ludwig
Craig, don't know if I told you, but I'm licensed in Illinois...would you be referring me to me?
Nick - Yes. I will be referring you to YOU! But I'll go easy on the referral fee!!!
I love the glove picture with the caption - call a specialist. You can totally use this in your ads.
Jill - I believe I just did!!!
