Cedar City Subdivisions...Westview Estates Market Update 9/20/2012...

In the Cedar City Real Estate Market one of the newer great subdivisions is Westview Estates. By writing about it, I am staying in the county on the South West side of town. These homes are all on at least 1/2 acre lots. There is a good mix of homes in the Subdivision, some that would be considered upscale starter homes to larger more executive styled homes.

I see my resident old fogey got here before me . I looked at the Westview homes and I agree with him (he swears that's rare). BTW you may know I married a man many years my senior who is a WWII vet - today is his 87th birthday - see his post about the flag if you have a chance
