Better quality of life for El Paso

El Paso has a few projects going on to renovate the city and improve the quality of life in the city. This article by Diana Washington Valdez who just happens to be my former political science teacher at El Paso Community College points out a few of those changes.

One worth mentioning is Sierra Providence's plans to build a $130 million hospital. This along with the new medical school will greatly improve the health care system in the area. A few others are El Paso's library system branching out, the expansion of Ft Bliss, and the new Holocaust Museum under construction. It is always to improve the quality of life for your citizens. It gives them pride and allows them to enjoy being a part of the community. I will be writing about some of the other projects going on in the near future.
