Palos Verdes homes sales for the Palos Verdes Drive North neighborhood for the first half of 2012 increased  to 41 single family homes sold in the first half of 2012 compared to 20 in the first half of 2011 – a 105% increase.  Average sales price for Palos Verdes Drive North homes sold in the first half of 2012 increased to $1,273,403  from $1,228,285 for the first half of 2011.  Price per square foot for Palos Verdes Drive North houses that sold in the first half of 2012 decreased to $434 from $461 in first half of 2011.  The most expensive home sold for $3,999,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $655,000.  To read more about the Palos Verdes Drive North neighborhood, click here....
