This is a great property for great price. But there is one little problem. We can't afford it!!!!!!! Mark it down to a buck or so. You'll get more buyers!!!!!!!!!

We can not "mark it down" a buck or two as we feel fit.  The properties we have for sale are owned by the owner and the owner is the person that decides what the asking price is so just deciding to mark it down is never up to us as agents.
