Girls Night Out 2012 in Charming Downtown Camas
Girls Night Out returns on Saturday, September 29th from noon to 9 p.m in downtown Camas. Educational activities are planned during the day with evening festivities beginning at 5 p.m.
This years theme, Girly Parts - Bring your Girls focuses on long term wellness for women. You'll learn prevention, healthy lifestyle tips and treatment options regarding breast and ovarian cancer.
Daytime Activities for Girls Night Out
The free educational seminar includes three workshops - "It's Not Always a Lump," "What's in Your Jeans," and "Girly Self Care." Thanks to Peacehealth for providing the classes and sponsorship.
Rushing Water Yoga and Columbia Chiropractic will be hand throughout the day for demonstrations and free massage. Did somebody say free massage?
Party with a Purpose at Girls Night Out
The evening portion of the event, " Party with a Purpose," is $15 if you preregister or $20 at the door. The first 250 women who register on-line receive goodie bags.
Downtown Camas Businesses open their doors with beauty treatments, photo shoots, blessing boards, pink drinks, live music and a raffle drawing. The grand prize is a trip to Cabo San Lucas.
Girls Night Out is a powerful evening celebrating the strength of women and friendship. It's also a benefit for the local Breast and Ovarian Cancer charities that take care of women in our community.
Make sure you plan on attending and bring your girlfriends. The more the merrier. The Downtown Camas Association hosts the event for the third year - Girls Night Out returns Saturday, September 29th in charming downtown.

Hi Debb - That sounds like a great night to stay home and watch the game - any game :) Seriously, combining useful resources and fun is a good program, and this is something Mary and her girl pals would love to do.

Girls Night Out is a very good idea to promote womens health and none of us have any more important asset than our health.
