A Very Large Plant

While visiting friends in Towson, MD, my sisters and I were shopping and saw this magnificient large plant.  One of my sisters is legally blind and so funny..... she said, "Hey Becky, I can actually see this plant, it is difinitely not a house plant".  Well after that remark I just had to take the photo and send a copy to her.

Rebecca, this is definitely not a house plant, and works well outside.   Glad to see you are out and about visiting!

Hi Rebecca, I wonder what kind of plant, it looks like a banana tree with good care. Thanks for sharing.

Rebecca, WOW! Large is hardly the word.  It was so nice of you to take photo and send your sister a copy.

Our church has rather large Christmas cactus in lobby that probably outgrew someone's house.  The plant in your photo looks like it belongs outside or in atrium of public building.  The little blue flowers accent it very well.

Thanks for sharing.

Not only is it very large but gorgeous and extremely well maintained.  What are those blue leaves or is it my screen?

Hi Rebecca~ That is a LARGE plant for sure! I'm sure if that plant were in a planter at my house I would have killed it long ago.  I do NOT have a green thumb whatsoever.

Rebecca:  That is one humongous plant.  Of course it is at a  mall and not jammed into someone's living room or patio area.  Thanks for sharing the plant we can all see.

Rebecca, I thought you were going to say she thought the plant was a human, do to its sizes and shaddows. But glad she could see it for its beauty.

Rebecca-The large leafed plant in the center looks like a banana tree. Very colorful plants surrounding the large one too.

Rebecca, yes I would agree with you...that's a very large plant...no room for it at my house, but it would be cool to have.  Replanting has got to be a bear!

This looks like The Towson Town Mall. You were so close. Wish I had know so we could have gotten together!

Very large is right!  You should have stood up next to it, like it was a person and taken a picture.  Then maybe even asked for it autograph!
