14 Comments on Friday Fotos: Lamp Post Art
That's a good looking lamp post...very creative! Thank you for sharing it with us this evening!
Is that Roman? Looks it. Nice!
OK, I was standing at a bus stop in Paris, and I looked this fellow in the eye, thinking, "Wow! You'd make a great Friday Fotos!" Luckily, I had my Nikon on my shoulder.
Pat: So just who IS this person captured in the Lamp Post Art. It can't be Mitt Romney... his hair is much straighter. LOL.
Pat now that is awesome I would have thought Greece or Italy but not France:))
Given the flowers in the hair that is probably a representation of a female. But who knows, the Roman emperors were known for weaving plants into their hair.
Pat: I doubt that there is a public lamppost in North America with brass fittings so I am going to guess that you took the photo in Italy. Right? LOL
That's the prettiest light post I've ever laid eyes on. DC has so much detail in little things like that.
Pat, that is a very interesting lamp post for sure. Thanks for the great photo.
I hope you are enjoying the first weekend of the fall season.
Hi Pat, I wonder who's face is that on the lamp post, must be someone prominent in ancient times.
