Last week we reported 22 sellers that have increased the asking price of their home during the week ending 9/15/12 -  this last week 36 sellers increased their asking price.  Trend?  Or, are they getting ready for season?  Will keep an eye.  More new listings this week than last - and more closed sales. 

The lowest sale this week was a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo (foreclosure) priced at $42,000 - closed at above asking at $50,000.  The highest under contract this week?  $19,800,000!!!         

This Week's Activity (9/22/2012):

NEW LISTINGS:              259  Hot new listings on the market this week  ( 240 last week )

UNDER CONTRACT:        223  Homes went under contract this week   (  326 last week )

                                            Lowest Price:  $25,000            Highest Price:  $19,800,000

SOLD:                            156  Proud new owners  ( 127 last week )

                                            Lowest Price:  $50,000             Highest Price:  $1,660,000

To-Date Sold in 2012:   

A total of 6,694 homes sold this far in 2012 - 298 were over $1M -  108 over $2M  - 90 over $3M
