Great app to make your real estate life easier!!

Have you ever wanted to show someone something at house in a photo and they can't see what you are talking about?? While you're in the field you take a photo on your phone then you have to attach it to an email and then write an explanation about what is in the photo.  Then the person on the other end sometimes doesn't get it!!

Well, I have a app that will make that so much easier!! Skitch...this is a appendage of Evernote, if you don't have evernote I don't know how you live without it!!  Once you install Skitch on your device it will automatically attach to Evernote and make a notebook called “Skitch”.  This is where your skitched photos will be stored until you decide to delete them.
Skitch app for your real estate business
When you take the photo you will be able to circle things, put arrows to things, make notes about the things all right there on the photo.  You can choose to email it or create a public link straight from the app.  In addition you can save it to your camera roll and from there you can choose to text it or share it through social media if you choose.

Another great thing is this is avalible for iPhone and Android!! No one left behind :)

I know this is one of those apps I will be using ALL the time..what do you think?!?

Good ones Melissa. I used Evernote, but Skitch on the iPad is like a secret weapon. For example, I used it many times to draw a on-the-spot home layout for my out-of-town clients while viewing a home. I also recently used my iPad to short short movie clips of a property, and re-assembled it on my laptop in 5 minutes.

as a droid user I'm so glad I'm left behind this time.  Don't know what my next phone will be... I don't like change much.  Looks like a great app though.  I can think of lots of times I would have used it in the field.

I've been using it for a while and love it!  So amazing these tools.  What in the world were we doing before the iPhone!!!

That is pretty cool!  I can imagine using that to market up things when we go back to the office discussing what should stay, go, be moved, etc.

Thanks for the idea Melissa! Just sent it to one of my agents as well. Why can't we email a blog post to a friend like we used to be able to do?
