There are six active : 2 BR 2 Bath units priced $139,900 -$159,900

There is one active : 2 BR 2.5 Bath unit priced $299,500

There are two pending sales that we will discuss when they settle .

There have been two sales in the last month both were garden units .

1 BR unit in need of repair sold for $70,000

2 BR 2BA unit needing updating sold for  $115,000 a second floor unit

It is my opinion Bakers Bay is depreciating in value the same as most condo communities in the NE Phila area. It is a beautiful gated waterfront community .If you are in a position to buy now is the time to take advantage of the low low prices and interest rates. Bakers Bay Condo communityhas so much to offer .The river views are breath taking . This is a would have could have buying situation .
