rainy showing

We know that in real estate our days get shifted on the fly and today I was (uh) not fully prepared as we ran off to soccer for a game for one of our boys. Well in Florida it rains from time to time and although it was NOT expected it poured and the game was rained out after a half hour.

Well there I was 2 miles from a property I had promised a prospect I would preview for them in the afternoon.  So close yet so far away because my iPad with the address and showing details was sitting at my desk 25 minutes away.

Well I woke up from my nightmare by remembering that I had the beloved Dropbox app on my phone too!  So open it up, get to the correct folder, open the 2 files I needed and back in business I was!

This tool saved my day so I could get my showing in early and my prospects loved seeing the house virtually even earlier!  A very good chance of them writing an offer up shortly too!

Thank you to my FREE Dropbox account!  Learn more here about how it can save your day too!

This has got to be one of the best, most useful apps to come along in years. I have two computers that I use regularly for business, plus my smart phone. I have Dropbox on all of them, and it has been a lifesaver. If I leave afile at home and need it at the office, it's there. I've set it up to automatically synch the specific work folders I use, so I don't even have to think about it. I wouldn't be without it.

We absolutely LOVE Dropbox!  Nothing like going to a closing armed only with the ipad with our entire file on dropbox.  Great post and congrats on the feature!

This is a great tool for any business.  Photos are upload quickly.  If you take alot of video with your phone you might want to set the upload when WiFi is available.
