Well I have some great news to share but it wasn't without a LOT of Drama!!!
If you recall one of my first posts on here (and when I looked back at it I sure did SUCK at blogging back than (a whole 5 weeks ago lol). I typed it all in ONE Paragraph with no pictures and no spaces ...it was awful!! But the content was ok...

Well Good news from that post to now!!!
The PROPERTY IS SOLD AND CLOSED!!!
As you may recall we had a CASH offer on day one of the listing we had in the Summit of Stone Oak here in San Antonio. After negotiating some repairs and getting ready to have amendment signed - the buyer had emergency surgery and had to back out of contract.
As you saw in the post from last month, I did what all great realtors would do. React accordingly and GET IT SOLD again!!
I actually got another offer on the home a week or so later (had 3 offers to negotiate on it) and after going back and forth we settled on the strongest offer of the 3. Great news right?
Well the buyers agent called me the NEXT MORNING and said her buyer got cold feet and had to back out (I was like how could this happen again!!!!)
Sellers thought they were cursed! But I 'REACTED' again calling back the other two offers from the day before and asked them for their BEST AND FINAL offer. We agreed to a deal on a CASH offer and CLOSED Yesterday!!!
So what is the moral of the story? Never give up and never get discouraged (ok i won't hold you to the second one because I was !!!)
How is that for a story?? Having to SELL the house 3 times!!!! in Two weeks!!!
