Julie, I have to say I love the name of this lovely town, Bountiful! It sounds like a wonderful location and very reasonably priced.

Juile - Excellent looking market report. The high end looks like it is pretty weak. Not too different from ourt market here is MASS.

Julie - great job on the marketing reports. I have put this on my list for 2008 for my blog. I just haven't decided how exactly I am going to approach it, by zipcode or city or just county... so much work. Great job, I love looking at these reports~~ Looking good!

I love your summaries as they are short but full of great information. I think mine tend to be too long.
