Shanna, You have a big task ahead but it will pay off when you are found on the web.
It does seem ridiculous doesn't it? But I'm tired of working all over this huge Phoenix metropolitan area - why not shoot for my 4 sq. miles? I think it will be a fun challenge to capitalize on! Good luck to both of you! Shanna

Hi Dana, a good goal which I am sure you will meet and will bring you buyers and sellers.
I know how you feel Shanna, I also have a huge market area. I would start with your two favorite communities first, and do market reports and updates on them along with your videos, then add in the other communities. Good luck!

Good idea Tamara. The problem with my two favorite communities is that they are too small. Actually all those are too small individually, but as I learn more and more about Active Rain, I think a combined effort will serve me well. Looking forward to the challenge.
