Kentands Fall Turf Application

 

Advantage Landscape is scheduled to do the Kentlands Fall turf fertilization next week, weather permitting. Signs will be posted in the community on Monday, September 24.

 

Posted on ActiveRain as a community service.  Character counts in Gaithersburg.

 

The fall colors are showing in Kentlands.  Be sure to have your camera in hand to capture the changing colors of the season.

What is the Kentlands Fall Turf Fertilization? Is it something for a specific subdivision? Or something the entire community participates in?

Joni:  In Kentlands, the HOA fee covers maintenance of the common areas.  So, the landscaping contract covers maintenance of the  grass between the sidewalks and the streets and the common green areas.

So the landscapers just fertilized during the season for this community?  DIdn't realize that they had to have a scehdule posted to fertilize.
