Monday was my first day with the new Keller Williams Office in Waipio Gentry. Keller Williams Logo As their new broker-in-charge, it will be a great opportunity to take my real estate career to the next level and to be part of something exciting.

Our office was up and running on day one.  A merger with Island Style Realty gave us a great location, several quality agents and an experienced support person.  Our sign went on the window in the beginning of the week and we were fully operational.   With a little upgrading to the office furnishings, we will be able to handle the many new expected agents.

Our office will be something special.  It will be a place where agents thrive and support each other.  Our in-house training programs, along with the tools and benefits from the Keller Williams franchise; make this really exciting.  One of the things I expect will help us retain quality agents is the profit sharing program.  Every agent has an opportunity to share in the profits of our company.  That feature gives every agent a vested interest in our success.  It also provides them an opportunity to have a passive income.  In a month where they have no closings, they can still collect a check.

Our first new agent signed up on Thursday and I already am scheduling interviews for new agents this week.

On a side note, my personal sales are going strong.  With my new office and support, I will be able to service more clients than in the past and am looking forward to raising the bar even higher for my clients.

Give me a call if you are an agent and would like to step up your career.  I would be honored to share with you what we are doing at Keller Williams Realty.
