Grouper - Blackened And Beer Battered - Florida Living!
Oh my goodness! Grouper! Who doesn't like fish? Of course I know some people don't care for it but in this case they can focus on the beer then. Thanks for the recipe.
Grouper was on the menu this week. Nothing like fresh grouper and since I was not there when they were caught, there are only photos of the fantastic meal that Ronnie made.
We had both blackened and beer battered grouper last night and again today. The grouper were large, thick and plentiful, so we have about ten pounds in the freezer now plus plenty in the fridge.
Between Ronnie's fishing and my veggie garden, our trips to the grocery store are getting to be less often. That is fine with me, we don't have to worry about eating anything that isn't natural that way!
Have a fantastic week. I will only be fishing one day this week but Ronnie is planning on being out three or four days, so more fish on the menu!
