Yes, the center that services our elderly with medical screens, minor medical help and a lot of activities has had the funding cut.
There is a lot of need and this services many many elderly in our county.
So is it that they are out of money??? NO!
Half of the money is being given to the county Historical society and the other half to another county group. I am glad that half is going to the Historical Society because the community center is going to be History soon.
Petitions and letters are being written. It will take allof these and the threat of being voted out of office to make them come to their senses!
