NEW Realtor Tips to Process Listing and Sales Paperwork!

Whether you have decided to switch companies or have just cranked out a lot of business, here are a few ideas to process your paperwork.

I believe in Plan A, Plan B, and Plan C as in Cheryl.

So I have been scanning each contract and listing with my lightening fast Fujitsu Scan Snap Scanner so that presto change-o my paperwork can be accessed on all devices.

Then I email the PDF to the office, to Cartavi, and to Box.

I figure one can go down but not three.

Coming from the Queen of Crash, this is a safe way to stash your paperwork. 

I have started doing the same concept with my top 25 or 30 photos. I drop them in Dropbox so I can download  them to Tour Factory or Real Bird while doing other processing step on another device.
