Fannie Mae Expands Investor Financing Options

The Homepath Mortgage product, that provides home buyers and investors financing for Fannie Mae-owned properties, is to be expanded.

Individual and LLC eligible borrowers will be allowed to finance up to 20 properties using Homepath Mortgage.

Housing Takes a Leap Ahead

A seasonally adjusted annual rate for new home starts in August is reported to be 750,000, the highest level for single-family new home construction in more than two years. The increase is 2.3% over the previous month.

Mortgage Rates Lower Every Day This Week. New Lifetime Lows.

Every day this past week the mortgage rates have moved lower. On Thursday last week rates hit new all-time lows. New lifetime lows and rates in the first time ever category hit 3.375% at a majority of Lenders for best execution rate loans.
