Another Braemar Short Sale SOLD!
On June 5, 2012 this contemporary two bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhouse in Braemar hit the market priced at $214,000. It had a deck and fenced yard, but needed some TLC inside. The carpets and paint needed to be freshened up after having been a rental property with a large dog.
A buyer found the home too good to pass up on June 10th and wrote an offer. With two Short Sale Banks to approve the sale, the process began by getting the contract and supporting Short Sale documentation to each bank. Just seventy-nine days later, both banks had approved the sale and it was time for the buyer to get their loan together, appraisal and inspections done.
This townhouse at 9817 Maitland Loop settled on September 24th for $216,000. Yes...a Short Sale that sold a market value list price. The buyer also received $6,480 in closing cost help.
