One of the many great aspects of working in property management software is that I get to meet property managers from across the country and learn about the industry from a wide net.  I love learning from them and watching how they go about conducting their operations, from marketing, to accounting, to tenant relations, and then try to see how I can make their jobs easier and more productive.

Occasionally a customer will share with me a project they

are working on that is not related one iota to rental software,

and I love the diversion!


Today, one of our customers out of Washington was very excited about a promotional event she is sponsoring to bring a little joy to her neighborhood.  And, it’s a clever one as she’s going to get lots and lots of free marketing for her Property Management company.  She gave me permission to share her event (of course!) and I thought you all would appreciate the creative, promotional, feel-good event, and maybe it would get some juices flowing on what you can do to promote your business. And if you're in Camille's neck of the woods, why not get fido out for a little fun? Maybe even sport your own costume? :)

I don't think our Mini Schnauzer would appreciate wearing a costume.... LOL...  Although she does appreciate her winter sweater when the temps call for it :)
