ACTIVE RAIN + LINKEDIN =LEAD AND ANOTHER LEAD FROM SAME PERSON

Yesterday I read this blog by Melissa Marro ~ StageListSellNEFL.com.

Social Media sites where people are always atIn the blog she wrote she said "Well, if we think a blog is good enough to have it featured, might it be good enough for us to share it simply by hitting that little G+ button as well?"

This is something that I have been doing to all of my blogs lately. LinkedIn is the Social Media site everybody is neglected but actually should be the one that we should be on the most. Why? Average household income of LinkedIn users is $109,000. Have I gotten your attention? 

 

Well last friday I got a call from one of long distance number. Didn't pick it up since I thought it was another telemarketer. Anyway I called back later on only to find out it was a Builder. She is a Builder in Philadelphia. She said that she saw my blog Wells Fargo City Lift Program is giving home buyers in PG County MD and DC $20,000 towards their downpayment and closing costs. She told me that she has a relative who is looking to buy in Maryland and that she will give her my name and number because this program would be great for her.

 

I talk to the lady later on and she definitely looking to buy a house. And she even said that she knows someone that would find this program very useful because they are looking to buy. Well the lender calls me back to today and tells me she might not be ready yet. But that's fine. She might not be ready now but hopefully sometime next year she will be. 

 

The lady even calls me again to ask me if I don't mind if she gives my name and number to more people? "Of course I said. I am already being referred to and I haven't even helped this nice lady buy a house yet. Wish all of my clients was like this. But imagined if I just wrote the blog and didn't post it on Google+,LinkedIn,Twitter and Facebook? Imagine how many potential home buyer and seller leads we are missing out on by not doing this? 

 

So start posting your blogs to other Social Media sites. Besides people who you are looking for (Home buyers and sellers) are always online looking for a real estate agent like you to help them.
