There are 53 townhomes in Orange Grove Village II where  green lawns and mature landscaping are the backdrop for a pool, spa and tennis courts.   The highly convenient location is close to multiple freeways, Old Pasadena and the Rose Bowl.

The townhomes feature two to three bedrooms with up to two-and-one-half baths.  Each townhome has a two car garage, fireplace and either a patio or balcony area.   


There are currently no townhomes available for sale in Orange Grove Village II.   According to our local multiple listing records, there has been one sale in 2012:  a three bedroom townhome with approximately 1217 square feet sold in July for $454,000 - this was a regular sale.
