Tour new homes in Knox and surrounding counties, to the latest trends in building? Then you'll want to tour the Greater Knoxville area Parade of Homes 2012. For those of you thinking of purchasing a new home, this is a great, FREE, event to see different locations and price ranges.
The Greater Knoxville Parade of Homes is put on each year by the Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville, and sponsored by ORNL Federal Credit Union. You can pick up your Parade book at any ORNLFCU office.
This year there are 34 homes on the tour, with prices ranging from $147,900 all the way up to $1,629,000. Yessireebob, prices and locations for everyone!
So, what are the dates for the Greater Knoxville Parade of Homes 2012?

- October 5-7
- October 12-14
Homes will be open to the public on these dates from Noon - 5 pm.
