I think Fall has got to be one of my favorite seasons in Waukesha County Wisconsin. One drives through the countryside and they notice road side stands of pumpkins, squash, and other related fall vegetables and produce. In my area you can find many different kinds of apples and with all those great apples comes all that great apple cider. These days I have to pay attention to my blood sugar but I still have fond memories of that tasty apple cider.
I can still get a laugh when I think of when I would stop off with my son Spencer and get him a pumpkin to carve. From there I would put a knife in his hand and he would attack it with this Edward Scissorhands kind of approach. Pretty frightening to watch actually. When he qot all done he still had all his fingers on his hands and no one got hurt so I would imagine it turned out productive. Interested in what takes place in fall in my area?
