Freddy:  It is just amazing what a difference various market areas can have.  It is hard to believe that someone would tear down a $400,000 home to build an $800,000 home.  But... best of luck in your marketing efforts.  If the market is so hot there... I am sure you can make it work.

Carolyn- our market has always been hot, even more when its in Kirkland. I received a few verbal offers on this home, and all but one was a "tear down" purchase...yes, its hard to believe that one would do such a thing. Its even more common in West of Market- Kirkland, were homes are over $1 million + easy.
