This view of the living room shows the “dinette” area incorporated into the kitchen area, adjacent to the living room and entry.  Compact gives way to openness and clarity here.    Another excellent use of available resources.

Modest bath.  Bath, smile, go and go.  As in exit, that is.  :-)    Serves its purpose well.  Ergonomic is a word that comes to mind here.  And comfortable.

For its time the classic lines flow cleanly and warmly.  The traditional hall, again with the hardwoods I’m so fond of, is clearly concise.  Nice floors.

This bedroom is reserved for the person(s) with a love of robust color.  Not to be dimmed by the occasional overcast and gray, this room invites a smile irrespective of the outside elements.  Delightful.

Closets GALORE!  Now THIS is the one I love!  Looks like lots of room for my shoes, sweaters (gotta have ‘em in the Northwest!), jeans etcetera.  And shoes.  Imelda Marcos was, in the sense of shoes, a hero to many.

Ah, yes, the uncounted room with no view.  May be your ideal storage area, small play area, wine cellar (with exterior access - private entry) with plumbing in close proximity.  Lots of potential here.

So where is the fixer part?  Needs a paint job.  Some yard work.  And you certainly want the neighbors to view your home with smiles, knowing your aplomb (not the kind you pick from a tree either!) garnered from your efforts.
