Local resident and talented mystery writer Marel Brady found her muse in our fair community and will be publishing her second book, the setting of which will be local. It is easy to see how a creative person could be inspired by this area. It is close to history as well as at the heartbeat of the nation's capitol. It's an active and interesting area which makes itthe perfect setting for a mystery novel. The book has not been released yet, but is available for pre-order from many book retailers. Marel has been making the rounds to social and charitable events and everywhere you go people are talking about the book. Her first novel, "Mischief At Middle Wallop", was set in the south of England and was a smashing success with tons of great reviews so we are all looking forward to this latest more local release.
