Remember how much work and preparation goes into the photos that you took. That is how you become great in the real estate business. The preparation is priceless and your clients are fortunate that you are so well prepared to impact their lives.

Clint,

Only you would think about how to inspect that Pumpkin Home. I'll bet it would be fun for you and the Pest Inspector too!

This one made me feel like a kid again. Can you imagine having that in your backyard? Although limited, it would surely be memorable!

Have a good day in Carlsbad, NM too!

Patricia, the Dallas Arboretum is one of my favorite places to visit all year round. Every year, I look forward to enjoying  their Christmas Tea with friends and selecting a few holiday items from their well appointed gift shop.

Patricia,

That last shot reminded me of Monet's Garden outside of Paris, and makes me miss Europe for a second.  It also reminded me of the delightful restaurant nearby where Ron and I had lunch with my mother.  They had the best "creme brulee".  I have not tasted anything like it since.

Lunchtime is just around the corner, I have not made myself ravenous. LOL A

Those last two pictures are my favorites, Patricia!  I have never seen any structure that had walls made from pumpkins like that one.  It's absolutely terrific!  But I can't help going, "Ah," when I see a little arched bridge over a delightful pond.  What's not to love!

This is on my list of things to do! I've been, but it was back when I was pregnant with my oldest child. He's about to be 26! :))

Hi Patricia, These photos are wonderful. I had never seen a Pumpkin Pavilion but it certainly is cool. I think the someone raised inspection would prove that without doors and windows it is not a house, LOL. Love it whatever it is.
