Case in point.

I had a call on Wednesday from a lady who got my number off my car, driving down the road.

Turns out she was trying to get information on a few different parcels of land that she'd located on another company's website, but she wasn't getting any return calls!  In over a week.  So frustrated, she called my car just looking for help.

As it turns out, she and her fiance are investors and developers.  Today looked at a few parcels of land and several condos for investment.  Will be purchasing in the neighborhood of 7 condos for investment, a parcel of land to build a personal home on, and a larger parcel to subdivide and develop.

Not bad for merely answering my phone, listening to her needs, responding in a timely manner, and scheduling an appointment.

Almost makes me wish I knew who she'd been trying to call, so I could show them the loss they are suffering by not getting around to her....almost. =)

Great Job Leigh!  It pays to do our jobs.  Some agents can't return calls or even answer there phone.

Congrats Leigh, maybe when you close you could ask them "Oh by the way who were you trying to call anyway when you called me instead."? LOL

I remember we picked up a nice waterfront buyer because the office up the street was closed in the middle of the day. The buyer came from the other direction stopped in and they were closed and kept heading towards us and we sold him a nice waterfront home. I always say you just never know where a customer will come from.

Just activated the "Classic Mercedes."

Considering a wrap.  LOL  An MB Purist's nightmare, especially if accessorized with 22" spinner wheels...

More seriously, I just came to the realization I have no signs.  Soon to be remedied.

Good Job, Leigh!

Jay-true.  reason #483 to always check voicemail and email even if you're 'off' work that day!  gotta love the agents taking 'siesta' time. =)

Mike-I had a Mercedes before I got the Volvo-it was detailed in a very similar manner, paid for itself as well.  Never had spinners, though....hmmm....

I sold a home last year when I picked up the phone in our office on a Saturday morning.  He said he was going through the phone book and I was the first agent to answer the phone.  I listed and sold his home.
