8 Comments on West Virginia, Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC participates in a Day to Serve
Rebecca: Events like a Day to Serve are vital to the areas we live in. I hope you have a tremendous turnout and much is fixed, built, and/or cleaned up.
I have no doubt there will be a huge turnout for this event.

That's a very cool thing to do, and it's pretty impressive that it's done statewide. There are employers here who encourage something similar. Bet there will be lots of epople participating. And Habitat for Humanity is suchg a worthy charity.

Hi Rebecca, isn't it just a wonderful idea? The more States and people participate in a Day to Serve, the better - a difference can really be made.
Our local association has been organizing an event with Habitat for Humanity twice a year - 2 homes in the area are spruced up and/or repaired - I'm hoping to be able to participate next time around.
Rebecca, this Saturday's event sounds like a wonderful way for states to unite for a good cause! :)
