Palos Verdes homes sales for the Rolling Hills neighborhood for the first half of 2012 decreased to 9 single family homes sold in the first half of 2012 compared to 10 in the first half of 2011.  Average sales price for Rolling Hills homes sold in the first half of 2012 decreased to $2,510,278  from $3,490,000 for the first half of 2011.  Price per square foot for Rolling Hills houses that sold in the first half of 2012 increased to $646 from $620 in first half of 2011.  The most expensive home sold for $7,000,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $1,275,000.  To read more aboutthe Rolling Hills neighborhood, click here...
