I have been a Native of the Elk River NW area for 35 years. I enjoy being able to help people. I have always been in the line of work of being able to help others.
Have been working in the finance business for several years now, I have learned that educating my clients with the information needed when looking for something so important in there lives as purchasing a home or refinancing a home is top priority in keeping happy clients and referrals coming in strong.
My belief in honesty, trust & interity to my clients is the most important when talking with each and everyone of them. If I feel I am unable to find the best loan product and know of someone who can do it I will refer them on. This has keep me to be one of the best loan officers when you ask my clients how I have done for them in the service department.
Follow through is very important also, from starting the package of a loan to closing it and then after with following up on a regular basis to confirm my clients are happy in there new loan pkg and if there are questions or concerns I may be able to help with. " Sometimes hearing from my clients in previous deals they have tried to contact there loan officer after a deal is finished and get no response." I am always there to answer there questions or find the right person to help them get the answer.
I feel I am strong in leadership and do alot of networking in my area to keep people aware of my Residential and Commercial financing services.
When dealing with a Commercial clients at Direct Financial we have a team of people which specialize in different areas to make sure that each Commercial deal is handled throughly and our client is happy with there all around service they are getting. We sit down and listen to what there needs are and then let them know how we will move forward in being able to help them with financing, construction and finding the right piece of land if this is what they are needing. I mostly specialize in the financing side with my clients only.
I recently financed the Zimmerman Bowl/McGuiggans Pub in Zimmerman Minnesota, Open for business now and a wonderful facialtiy.
Working on an upcoming outstanding new restaurant in Ostego Minnesota opening in Spring of 2008.
Financing a new Chiropractor office Buffalo Performance and Wellness Center in Buffalo, Minnesota Dr. Amy Haubaugh.
