Georgia Dream - The BEST Interest Rate Around for Buyers

On September 27, 2012 Georgia Dream published its most current interest rate at a new record low of 2.875%.  WOW!!!  Home buyers looking for down payment assistance are encouraged to take advantage of this new change in interest rate as soon as possible.  Georgia Dream provides down payment assistance to home buyers.  Combine the record low interest rate with the available down payment assistance and home buyers have a winner in Georgia Dream.
