National Yoga Month comes to a close this weekend and I have been enjoying the week by taking yoga classes at Conscious Connection in Ozona Florida every morning this week!
It has been a wonderfully relaxing week, some days taking my 2+ mile walk along the seashore before yoga, some days heading right to class. What a peaceful way to start the day: two days of Vinyasa yoga with Heidi and two days of Pranayama with Dr Anna. My friend Alice has been my constant companion through these classes, which made it extra special.
After class, we have been going next door to the Ohana Cafe for lots of iced blueberry green tea under the trees. Some of the days we had lunch at Ohana, others only smoothies but everything was so good that it is hard to
leave!
