How Do I List a For Sale By Owner Home on Zillow?

Tonight, someone posted this question up on Zillow - "How Do I List a For Sale By Owner Home on Zillow?"

While it would seem that may be an easy solution to find in Zillow's instructions guide, sometimes it's just easier to ask a real estate expert.

So I replied.

It's easy to post your home for sale by owner on Zillow.

Just click this link: http://www.zillow.com/for-sale-by-owner/.

Then fill in the blanks, upload photos, add open house dates and your home will be posted for sale on Zillow.

This for sale by owner lives in a completely different part of the country than where I practice real estate in Silicon Valley. So while I know that forms are different, good marketing still works, so I offered the following as well...
