May I ask who is this?  Are you an old Eagle 977 or B95.3/101.7  listener or a realtor? Or who? Lol Just curious??
Everything is going great...my last listing sold in 10 days!   I got into real estate a couple years ago in an effort to help build a community radio station in Delaware.  I still do various DJ work and always have like weddings, graduation parties, as well as birthdays ...Love playing music for people as it is very enjoyable.  I was approached about a radio position from a Realtor who mentioned it to me and have not put a lot of thought into it at the moment.  Last week I was sick so I didn't talk to the manager yet at the radio station yet...It seems as though they could use my help as radio talent is limited in the Delaware Area and if the offer is attractive I may consider a radio opportunity but it will be something that needs to be thought over carefully.  Career in real estate is certainly blooming and I'm the #1 Delaware Realtor on this Real Estate Network.  My lifetime goal:  " To Become The Most Admired Company in the Area" and Own A Delaware Radio Station.
